Age Limit: Candidates minimum age should be 49 years for General Manager (Purchase & Off-sites), 46 years for DGM (Marketing), 43 years for AGM (Marketing), 39 years for Sr. Manager (Marketing), 37 years for Manager (Marketing), 34 years for Dy. Manager (Marketing), 29 years for Asst. Manager (Marketing), 28 years for Officer (Marketing) as on 01-10-2015.

Educational Qualification: Candidates should have First class full time Engineering degree with First class MBA (Marketing)/ First class PG Diploma in Marketing Management.
