Age Limit: Candidates age should be 42 years for S.No-1, 50 years for S.No-2, 37/ 42/ 44 years for S.No-3, 52 years for S.No-4, 42/ 44 years for S.No-5 as on 21-11-2014. Age relaxations are applicable as per the rules.

Educational Qualification: Candidates should have Degree in any discipline with ACA/ ICWA or MBA, PG Diploma for S.No-1 & 2, Degree or equivalent Diploma in Mining Engineering Post Graduate Degree in Hindi for S.No-3, Degree in any discipline with Graduate Degree in Law for S.No-4, Degree in any discipline with recognized PG Diploma in Computer Science or MCA, M.Tech, M.Sc (Geology) for S.No-5 & relevant experiences.

Selection Process: Candidates are selected based on their performance in personal interview.

Application Fee: Candidates should have to pay Bank Draft/ DD of Rs. 100/- drawn in favour of National Aluminium Company Limited, payable at Bhubaneswar. No Fee for PWD candidates.
