1. Planner: 02 posts
2. Deputy Planner: 08 posts
3. Land Surveyor: 09 posts
4. Steno Typist: 05 posts
5. Surveyor: 10 posts
6. Computer operator-cum-Clerk: 03 posts
7. Controller: 01 post
8. Assistant Controller: 05 posts
9. Demolition Officer: 05 posts

Age Limit: Candidates age should not exceed 33 years for open category and 38 years for reserved category.

Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering or Planning & Post Graduate Degree in Urban Planning recognized by All India Council for Technical Education for S.No.1 post, Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering or Planning from recognized University & Post Graduate Degree in Urban Planning for S.No.2 post, S.S.C. or any other
equivalent exam & “Surveyor” commercial certificate from Government recognized ITI for S.No.3 post, S.S.C. or any other equivalent exam & Government Commercial Certificate Examination (GCC) of 80 wpm in Marathi & English Shorthand for S.No.4 post. Refer the notification for remaining posts.
