Age Limit: Candidates upper age limit should be 35 years. Age relaxation is applicable as per rules.

Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess Master’s Degree with 55% of marks and should have 03 years relevant experience for post no. 01, Bachelor’s Degree (10+2+3 pattern) in any discipline with 2 years of relevant experience & should have proficiency in computer application like Word, Excel, Power Point etc. and should have typing speed equal to or more than 40 w.p.m for post no. 02.

Selection Process: Shortlisted candidates will be called for Written Test, Proficiency test, Trade test & Interview.

Application Fee: Candidates need to pay Rs.500/- through Demand Draft (DD) from any scheduled Commercial Bank drawn in favor of “Registrar, IIT Bhubaneswar” payable at Bhubaneswar. SC/ ST/ PWD/ Transgender category and women candidates are exempted from fee. Candidates should write Names, address & position applied on the reverse of the DD.

How to Apply: Eligible candidates may apply online through website www.iitbbs.ac.in on or before 20-02-2015 after submission of online application candidates need to take printout of online application form, duly signed & send DD in original and self attested copies of relevant educational qualification, experience and testimonials in an envelope should be superscribed with “Application for the post of_______” through speed post/ courier etc addressed to Assistant Registrar (Estt.), Indian Institute of Technology Bhubaneswar, Toshali Bhawan, Satyanagar, Bhubaneswar â€" 751007 on or before 27-02-2015.

Instructions to Apply Online:
1. Before going to apply online candidates should have a valid email id.
2. Candidates need to scan their photograph in jpg format with a dimension of 240×300 pixels and size less than 100kb.
3. Log on to the website www.iitbbs.ac.in.
4. Click on “Advertisement for Non teaching Posts”.
5. Click on USER HOME.
6. Read all instructions carefully & come back.
7. Click on Application Form.
8. Fill all mandatory details carefully & Click on Submit button.
9. After successful submission of online application, application number will be displayed.
10. Please make a note of the same and include this number in all future communications.
11. Take print out of 02 copies & send one copy to the institute & retain it another for future use.
