Age Limit: Candidates age limit should be 18-40 years for S.No-5,6,7,8 as on 01-01-2015. Age relaxations are applicable as per rules.

Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess an eminent scholar with consistently good academic record and a Ph.D degree in the concerned/ allied/ relevant discipline with a number of high quality research publications in reputed journals and/ or publication of books, experience in relevant field for S.No-1 Good academic record with a Ph.D degree in the concerned/allied/relevant disciplines, Master’s degree in concerned/ allied/ relevant disciplines with at least 55% marks, experience in relevant field for S.No-2, Masters Degree level in a relevant subject, should qualify in NET/ SLET/ SET for S.No-3 For other Posts qualification refer Notification.

Selection Process: Candidates are selected based on their performance in written test/ screening test/ interview.

Application Fee: Candidates should pay Rs.800/- for S.No-1, 2 Posts Rs.600/- for S.No-3, 4 Posts, Rs.400/- for S.No-5,6,7,8 Posts through Bank Draft drawn in favour of “Vidyasagar University payable at Midnapore.
