Age Limit: Candidates age limit should be between 50 to 55 years for post no. 01, not less than 50 years for post no. 02, less than 55 years for post no. 03 as on last date for receipt of applications.

Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess a Master’s Degree with at least 55% of marks or its equivalent in any discipline from a recognized University/ Institute with relevant experience for post no. 01, an eminent scholar with Ph.D qualification in the concerned/ allied/ relevant discipline and published work of high quality, actively engaged in research with evidence of published work with a minimum of 10 publications as books and/ or research/ policy papers for post no. 02, An Academician with a Ph.D degree and not lower in rank that of Reader/ Associate Professor in the Department of a University/ College affiliated to any recognized University with not less than 8 years of experience as Reader/ Associate for post no. 03.

Application Fee: Candidates need to pay a crossed Demand Draft of Rs.500/- (for SC/ST Candidates Rs.250/-) drawn in favour of “Bharathidasan University, Tiruchirappalli-620 024” payable at Tiruchirappalli.

Selection Process: Candidates will be selected on the basis of performance in interview.
