Age Limit: Candidates maximum age limit is 60 years for Directors and Dean, 50 years for Associate Director Research and equivalent post. Age relaxation to physically handicaped of domicile of M.P. (except for the post of Dean) as per M.P. Govt. rules.

Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess Doctoral Degree in the relevant subject (any branch of Agriculture/ Horticulture Science) or related field with 5 years experience as Professor/ Principal Scientist or an equivalent position for Dean, Master’s degree with at least 55% marks (or an equivalent grade in point scale) in relevant discipline & Ph.D degree in the concerned/ relevant discipline for Sr Scientist (Plant Breeding & Genetics/ Biotechnology/ Agronomy), A Ph.D. degree with first class at Bachelor’s or Master’s degree level in the appropriate branch of Engg. & Tech. and experience of 06 years in teaching, research extension and/ or industry at the level of Assistant Professor/ Scientist/ Lecturer/ Extension specialist for Senior Scientist (For Engineering Subjects). Selection Process: Candidates will be called for interview.

Application Fee: Candidates have to pay application fee of Rs. 600/- for General and OBC Candidates and Rs. 300/- for SC/ ST Candidates, in form of Bank Draft in favour of Rajmata Vijayaraje Scindia Krishi Vishwa Vidyalaya, Gwalior, payable at Gwalior.
