Name of the Posts:
1. Scientist C in Electronics, RF & Microwave and Radiological Physics: 05 Posts
2. Scientist B in Electronics, Atmospheric Science and Physics: 11 Posts
3. Scientific Officer SB in Computer and Electronics Engg: 02 Posts
Age Limit: Candidates age should be 40 years for post 1, 35 years for post 2, 3 as on closing date of the receipt of application. Age relaxations are applicable as per rules.
Educational Qualification: Candidates should have M.Sc in Physics with minimum 60% and Diploma in Radiological Physics from a recognized University for post 1, B.E/ B.Tech/ M.Sc or equivalent in Electronics or Electronics & Telecommunications with minimum 60% marks from a recognized University for post 2, Diploma in Computer Engineering with minimum 60% percent marks for post 3.
Selection Process: Candidates are selected based on their performance in written test/ interview.
How to Apply: Eligible candidates may apply online through the website www.sameer.gov.in on or before 18-05-2015 & send their application along with attested copies of all relevant documents in support of date of birth, educational qualifications, caste, experience in an envelope should be superscribed with “advertisement number and name and code of the post applied for†to the to Registrar, SAMEER, IIT Campus, Powai, Mumbai -400076.
