Age Limit: Candidates age should be below 45 years for post 1 to 4, below 40 years for post 5 to 18, below 35 years for post 19 as on 01-06-2015. Age relaxation is applicable as per rules.

Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess Master in Social Work for post 19, Master in Business Administration (MBA) for post 18, 2-iv, vi, vii, 3, MBBS with Master degree in Public Health for post 1, Master degree in Public Health for post 2-i, ii, iii, PF Degree/ Diploma in Health Management for post 2-v, BE in IT/ Computer Science/ Electronics and Communication Engg for post 2-viii with relevant experience.
