Age Limit: Candidates age limit should be between 18-30 years for S.No-01 & 02, 18-25 years for S.No-03 to 05 as on 15-09-2015. Age relaxation will be applicable 5 years for ST candidates & 3 years for OBC candidates as per Government orders.

Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess B.Sc. with minimum 50% marks plus 1 year Diploma in Medical Lab. Technology (DMLT) or B.Sc. in Medical Lab Technology (MLT) with minimum 60% marks for S.No-01, Degree or equivalent Diploma in Physiotherapy with minimum 50% marks for S.No-02, HSC (Science) with 60% marks + 2 years Dental Technician Diploma recognised by Dental Council of India for S.No-03, SSC/ HSC (with Science and Mathematics) for S.No-04 & 05.

Selection Process: Selection will be based on trade test/ interview.

Application Fee: Candidates have to pay of Rs. 150/- for S.No-01 & 02, Rs. 100/- for S.No-03 to 05 and make the payment in any branch of State Bank of India. The portion of the challan marked “Institution copy” should be submitted by the candidate at the time of Interview.
