Age Limit: Candidates age should be 33 years for DM, MCh, 35 years for PDCC as on 30-06-2015. Age relaxation is applicable 5 years for SC/ ST/ OBC/ widowed/ divorced/ legally-separated women who have not re-married/ disabled/ handicapped candidates of Uttar Pradesh as per Government rules.

Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess MD/ DNB/ MS/ DM/ MCh (Medicine/ Pediatrics/ Obst. & Gyne/ Anaesthesiology or Internal Medicine or Respiratory/ Pulmonary Medicine or Emergency Medicine/ Surgery/ Gastroenterology/ Neurology/ CVTS)/ M.Sc in Medical Physics.

Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on Written test & Departmental test.

Application Fee: Candidates have to pay Rs. 1000/- + Bank Transaction charges by online through Net banking, Debit/ Credit card or through computer generated Challan form in any branch of State Bank of India.
