Name of the Post: Sports Quota
Post Details:
1. Group ‘C’: 02 posts
2. Erstwhile Group ‘D’: 10 posts

Age limit: Candidates age should be between 18-29 for UR (Group C), 18-32 years for UR (Group D) as on 01-01-2016. Age relaxation is applicable as per rules. Refer the notification for complete details.

Educational Qualification: Candidates should have 10 + 02 or its equivalent examination with not less than 50% marks in the aggregate from a recognized Board for Group ‘C’, 10th passed OR ITI (in trades approved by the NCVT) OR Equivalent from the recognized Educational Board for Group ‘D’.

Selection Process: Selection will be based on Written test, Scouting Skill Assessment.

Examination Fee: Candidates should have to pay of Rs. 100/- for UR & OBC in the form of Indian Postal Order (IPO) from any Post Office, drawn in favour of Senior Personnel Officer (Recruitment), Central Railway, Mumbai, Central Railway, Mumbai & Payable at Mumbai.

How to Apply: Eligible candidates may apply through application forms by filling with the details according to mentioned format in the notification. Candidate has to affix one recent passport size photograph on the application in the space provided for the purpose and candidate is also required to attach one extra passport size photograph along with the application. The cover containing the application must be super-scribed “Application for Scouts and Guides Quota, 2015-16 (Group ‘C’ OR erstwhile Group ‘D’)” for which the applying addressed to Senior Personnel Officer (Recruitment), Chief Personnel Officer’s Office, General Manager’s Office Building, 1st floor, Central Railway, Chatrapati Shivaji Terminus Mumbai â€" 400 001 through Ordinary post OR dropped in the Box kept in the office for this purpose, as mentioned below on or before 30-11-2015 at 17:00 hrs & 15-12-2015 at 17:00 hrs for Remote areas.
