Name of the Post: Junior Research Fellow

Age Limit: Candidates maximum age should be 28 years as on the last date for receipt of application. Age relaxation is applicable for SC/ ST and OBC candidates as per Govt rules.

Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess Post graduate degree in Material Science/Physics/ Applied Sciences with first class and valid GATE/ NET score or BE/ B.Tech in Electrical and Electronic Engineering degree in first division with valid GATE/ NET score with relevant experience.

How to Apply: Eligible candidates can send their application in prescribed format along with self attested copies of the relevant documents and an envelope should be superscribed as “Application for JRF” on the top addressed to The Director, Research & Innovation Centre (RlC), 5th Floor, I1TMResearch Park, Kanagam Road, Tharamani, Chennai- 600113 within 30 days from the date of advt.
