Name of the Post:
1. State Epidemiologist-IDSP: 01 post
2. Information Education & Communication Consultant: 01 post
3. City Programme Manager-NUHM: 06 posts
4. State Microbiologist-IDSP: 01 post
5. Programmer (PFMS): 01 post
6. Office Assistant (Designer) (IEC)- NHM: 01 post

Age Limit: Candidates age should be between 18 to 64 years as on 01-01-2015.

Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess M.D. in preventive & social medicine for S.No.1 Post, Graduation with Post Graduate Programme in Medical Management (PGPMM) for S.No.2 post, MBBS/ BDS/ Ayush with PG degree/ diploma in Public Health Management/ Health Administration (Regular) for S.No.3 post, M.Sc in Microbiology (Regular) with Ph.D for S.No.4 post, BCA with MCA (Regular) with 01 year working experience in PFMS for S.No.5 post, Post Graduate Degree from recognized university for S.No.6 post.

Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on educational qualification, experience, interview/ skill test & additional educational qualification.

Application Fee: Less than Rs.25000/- pay scale candidates have to pay Rs. 200/- for PH/ SC/ ST/ Women (Rs. 400/- for all other category) & Greater than Rs.25000/- pay scale candidates have to 325/- (Rs. 650/- for all other category) pay through Demand draft drawn in favour of State Health Committee, District â€" Raipur.

How to Apply: Eligible candidates may attend the interview along with all necessary original certificates i.e 10th class mark-list for date of birth, Degree & PG mark-lists, relevant degree, relevant registration certificate from council, residence, handicapped, experience certificates with 01 recent passport size photograph & Demand draft on 19-11-2015.
