Age Limit: Candidates age limit should be minimum 18 years & maximum 40 years for General & PWD category, 43 years for OBC & PWD category, 45 years for SC/ ST, Ex-servicemen-General/ OBC & PWD category, 50 years for Ex-Servicemen SC/ ST & PWD category as on 01-12-2015. Age relaxations are applicable as per the rules.

Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess 3 years Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with first Class Boiler Attendant Certificate for S.No-1, High School or 10th Class equivalent Board Examinations with second class Certificate or Diploma in Electronics/ Telecom with Global Maritime Distress and Safety Systems (GMDSS) certification issued by the Ministry of Communication (MoC), Govt. of India with one year experience for S.No-2, Graduation with typing speed of 30 w.p.m and short hand at 80 w.p.m. Certificate/ Diploma for S.No-3, B.Com with proficiency in typing 30 w.p.m and Certificate/ Diploma for S.No-4.

Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on written test & interview.
