Age Limit: Candidates age should not exceed 37 years for Post 1, 32 years for Post 2, 3, 4, 5 & 10, 18 to 27 years for Post 6, 7 & 8, 27 for Post 9. Age relaxation is applicable by 5 years for SC/ ST and 3 years for OBC, 10 years for PWD candidates as per instructions of Govt. of India.

Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess Diploma in General Nursing and Midwife for Post 1, 10 + 2/ Sr. Secondary with Science, three years Degree course in Occupational Therapist for Post 2, Degree in pharmacy for Post 3, 10 +2/ Higher Secondary, with diploma in Optometry/ Orthoptics for Post 4, Senior Secondary/ 10+2 with Science for Post 5, Matriculation for Post 6, 7, 8 9 & 10 with relevant experience.

Selection Process: Selection will be based on wtitten exam/ interview.

Application Fee: Candidates should pay Rs.300/- by generation of challan through online. No fee for SC/ ST/ PWD/ ESIC Employees, Women Candidates & Ex-Servicemen.
