Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess Degree or equivalent in Civil/ Mechanical/ Electrical/ Electronics & Communication Engineering/ Degree from a recognized University for post 1, Diploma or passing out Certificate in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Electronics & Communication Engineering for post 2, MOT 1st Class (Combined or Motor) Certificate issued under the Merchant Shipping Act, 1958 for post 3.
