Age Limit: Candidates age limit should be less than 40 years.

Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess B.Sc. in Home Science & PG Diploma in applied Nutrition for Post No.1, B.Sc. In Speech Therapy an audiology from recognized University or equivalent for Post No.2 post, Bachelor of Optometry for Post No.3, XII Science with Dental Technician Course for Post No.4, Graduate preferably in Science & Diploma in Computer Application or 5 months certificate course in Computer Application for Post No.5, Graduation with Diploma or Certificate course in Medical Laboratory Technology or its equivalent for Post No.6, B.Sc Nursing/ Diploma in Basic Nursing Registration certificate as the registered staff nurse or registration as mid-wife with Nursing Council for Post No.7, Graduation from recognized university with 6 months Diploma in Computer Application for Post No.8, Graduate in any stream & 6 months course in Computer for Post No.9. Refer the notification for remaining posts.

Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on their performance in
Interview.

How to Apply: Eligible candidates can attend the interview along with Bio-data with Photo and original copies of their certificates in proof of the educational qualification, Birth, and Experience if any for verification and attested copies for submission, interview from 28-12-2015 to 14-01-2016.
