Age Limit: Candidates age should between 21 to 32 years for S.No-1 to 3, 45 years for S.No-4 to 6 as on 01-11-2015.

Educational Qualification: Candidates should have passed Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT) course from any three Medical College & Hospitals of the State or from any other AICTE approved Institute for S.No-1 & 2, completed ANM course from Govt. Institutions & registered under Odisha Nursing Council for S.No-3 & 4, passed GNM/ B.Sc (Nursing) from any three Medical College & have registered under Odisha Nursing Council for S.No-5 & 6.
