5. Pharmacist (Allopathy): 02 Posts
6. Health Care Attendant (HCA): 03 Posts

Age Limit: Candidates age should be 18 to 35 years for SC/ ST, 18 to 33 years for OBC, 18 to 30 years for UR, 18 to 45 years for PWD for Post 1 to 5, 18 to 32 years for SC/ ST, 18 to 30 years for OBC, 18 to 27 years for UR, 18 to 42 years for PWD for Post 6 as on 13-12-2015.

Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess Class X with Science and holding recognized Diploma/ Certificate course in Nursing for Post 1, Class X with Science and holding recognized Diploma/ Certificate course in Pathology for Post 2, Class X with Science and holding recognized Diploma/ Certificate course in Radiology for Post 3, Class X with Science and holding recognized Diploma/ Certificate course in Ophthalmology for Post 4, Class X with Science and holding recognized Diploma/ Certificate course in Pharmacy for Post 5, Matriculation for Post 6.

Selection Process: Selection will be based on written test/ interview.

How to Apply: Eligible candidates may appear for interview along with duly filled application form, original certificate with one set of photocopies of qualification, caste, Birth, Registration certificate of Council/ Institute and experience duly attested by Gazetted Officer, two Passport size photographs, caste certificates, ID proof, copies of credentials/ certificates on 13-12-2015.
