Age Limit: Candidates age should be 40 years for men & 45 years for women for RA, 35 years for men & 40 years for women for SRF, 30 years for men & 35 years for women for JRF, between 21- 40 years for remaining all posts as on the closing date of receipt of application. Age relaxation is applicable to SC/ ST, OBC and other exempted categories of candidates as per GOI rules.

Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess Master’s degree in Horticulture (Fruit Science)/ Genetics & Plant Breeding, M.Sc in Biotechnology/ Microbiology, M.Sc (Agri) in Entomology NET Qualified, M.Tech (Bio tech), M.Sc or Ph.D in Soil Chemistry for S.No-1, Graduation in Agriculture/ Horticulture for S.No-2, M.Sc Microbiology for S.No-3, B.Sc with Knowledge in the Horticulture for S.No-4, SSLC Pass for S.No-5,8 SSLC Pass/ Fail for S.No-6,9 M.Sc Hort/ Agri with Knowledge of Breeding for S.No-7, Matriculation pass for S.No-10, SSLC +JOC in Horticulture for S.No-11, M.Sc. Hort/ Agri/ Botany for S.No-12 & Any Degree, B.Sc in Horticulture/ Agriculture for S.No-13, M.Sc (Ag) plant Pathology or M.Sc (Ag) Biotechnology or M. Tech (Ag) or M. Tech. (Bioinformatics) or M. Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on written test & personal interview.
