Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess PhD in Electronics with 6.5 CGPA in B. Tech/ M.Sc (Electronics) and M. Tech for S.No-1, M. Tech (VLSI/ Embedded system/ Nanotechnology or equivalent), with 6.5 CGPA in B. Tech/ M.Sc (Electronics) and M. Tech for S.No-2, Diploma in Electronics after 12th class/ B.Sc (Electronics) for S.No-3, B. Tech/M. Sc (Electronic Sc), M.Tech (VLSI/Embedded system / Nanotechnology) for S.No-4 with adequate experience.

Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on applicants performance in Written Test and/or Interview.

Application Fee: Applicants required to to pay Rs.300/- (Rs.100 for SC/ST candidates) for Project Posts & Rs 500/-. (Rs. 300/- for SC/ST candidates) in the form of Demand Draft in favour of “Director, NIT Sikkim”, payable at SBI Ravangla Code- 007218.
