Age Limit: Candidates age should be between 21 to 32 years as on the date of advt. Age relaxations are applicable as per rules.

Educational Qualification: Candidates should have passed +2 Science examination under Council of higher Secondary Education, Odisha or equivalent and Diploma in Pharmacy.

Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on merit of given career assessment.

How to Apply: Eligible candidates send their application in the prescribed format along with self attested copies of educational qualification certificates & mark sheets of qualifying examination, two copies of passport size photographs & relevant certificates and one self addressed envelope (24X10) with postage stamp of Rs. 25/-, in an envelope should be super-scribed as “Application for the post of Pharmacist” under CDMO, Kalahandi” by Registered post/ Speed post only to Chief District Medical Officer, Kalahandi on or before 22-07-2015.
