Age Limit: Candidates age should not have completed 40 years for OC, 45 for SC/ ST/ BC & Ex- Service Men, 50 for Disabled persons as on 30-06-2016.

Educational Qualification: Candidates should Passed in DGNM/ BSc. (N)/ MSc.(N) for S.No-1, Intermediate examination with MPC/ BiPC and With Diploma in Optometry/ Refractionist for S.No-2 & Intermediate examination with Bi.PC, Bachelor Degree in Physiotherapy (BPT) from a Recognized University for S.No-3.

Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on Merit & interview.

Application Fee: Candidates should pay Rs.500/- in Crossed demand draft along with the application in favour of “Member Convenor/ Regional Director of Medical and Health Services, Guntur”, Payable at Guntur. No fee for SC, ST, PH & Ex serviceman.
