Age Limit: Candidates age should not be exceed 35 years for S.No-1, 2, 45 years for S.No-3, 32 years for S.No-4 as on the date of interview. Age Relaxation is admissible to SC/ ST/ OBC/ PH candidates as per rule.

Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess MBBS for S.No-2, MBBS with Post Graduation Degree/ Diploma in concerned speciality from a recognized university for S.No-1, 2, 3 SSC or equivalent for S.No-4 with adequate experience.

Application Fee: Applicants required to pay Rs. 300/- for Unreserved & OBC, Rs.75/- for SC/ ST Candidates in the form of Demand Draft drawn in favour of ESI Fund A/c No.1 payable at Gurgaon. PWD & Women Candidates are exempted from the fee payment.

Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on applicants performance in interview.
