Name of the Post: Confidential Assistant Gr.II

Age Limit: Candidates age should be not have completed 50 years.

Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess Bachelor’s Degree in any subject awarded or recognised by any of the Universities in Kerala or K.G.T.E. (Higher) in Typewriting (English) and K.G.T.E. (Higher) in Shorthand (English) or equivalent with relevant experience.

Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on test & interview.

Application Fee: Candidates should have to pay of Rs. 250/- through challan at any branch of the State Bank of India. No fee for SC/ ST/ Unemployed Differently Able candidates.

How to Apply: Eligible candidates may apply online through the website www.hckrecruitment.nic.in from 27-06-2016 to 27-07-2016.

Instructions to Apply Online:
1. Before applying online candidates have to scan the copies of photograph & signature.
2. Log on through the website www.hckrecruitment.nic.in.
3. Click on “Stepâ€" I/ Step â€" II Registration”.
4. Go to Notification & select the desired post.
5. Read the notification carefully & click on “Apply Online”.
6. Fill all the details & once check the application form after completion & upload scanned copy of photograph with signature.
7. For photograph the size of the file should be between 20 to 40 KB and for signature it should be between l0 to 20 KB.
8. Click on submit button.
9. After submission of an application an user ID and a password will be generated on the screen, he/she should note down for future use.
10. Click on the button print application form.
11. The Application Form will generated by the system with a unique bar code & number printed on the format, which is the index number of the application.
12. Now take two printed copies of online application for future use.
