CGHS Vacancy Details:

Name of the Posts: Pharmacist (Allopathic)

Age Limit: Candidates age should be between 18-25 years as on the closing date for receipt of application. Age relaxation is up to 40 years for Government servants & up to 45 years for SC or ST candidates.

Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess 12th Class pass with Science subject (Physics/ Chemistry/ Biology) or equivalent, Diploma in Pharmacy from a recognized Board or University with relevant experience.

Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on written examination.

How to Apply: Eligible candidates send their application in the prescribed format neatly typed/ Hand Written on A4 size paper by affixing a self attested recent passport size photograph along with self attested copies of all relevant certificates may be sent to the Additional Director, Office of the Additional Director, Central Government Health Scheme, Kendriya Sadan Parisar, Block-B, Ground Floor, Sector-10, Vidhyadhar Nagar, Jaipur â€" 302039 within 15 days from the date of advt.
