Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess Graduation in any Discipline with minimum experience of 1 year on Social Audit or grass root level on rights based issues with working knowledge of Computer, Knowledge of Bengali or Post Gradution Diploma in Rural Development related subject with working knowledge of Computer and knowledge of Bengali.

Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on applicants performance in Interview.
