Age Limit: Candidate age limit is up to 40 years for Post 1, 65 years for Post 2.

Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess Class 12th pass in Science Subjects with diploma/ degree qualification(s) in Health sciences with relevant experience, MBBS from a MCI recognized institute/ university for Post 2.

Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on test, interview.

How to Apply:
For Post 1: Eligible candidates can appear for test along with application in standard format and CV in plain paper giving details of all educational qualifications and experience, all relevant documents in original, one set of photocopied copies of the same and one passport size recent photograph on 04-11-2016 from 12:00 noon to 01:00 PM.

For Post 2: Eligible candidates can appear interview along with along with an application in standard format and CV, all relevant documents, in original, one set of xerox copy of the same and one passport size recent photograph on 08-11-2016 at 11:00 am.
