Age Limit: Candidates age should be 35 years for Scientist ‘C’, 40 years for Scientist ‘D’, 45 years for Director NMNH/ Scientist ‘E’ as on closing date of receipt of application. Age relaxation 05 years is applicable to Government Servants & for SC/ ST/ OBC/ physically Handicapped and Ex-servicemen as per rules.

Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess Master degree in Botany from a recognized University/ Institute with 7 years of working experience in the field of Environmental Pollution Control or Environmental Impact Assessment or management of Hazardous Substances or Management of Biodiversity or Conservation and Survey for S.No-1, Master Degree or Doctorate in Zoology for S.No- 2 (a), Bachelor Degree or Doctorate in Civil Engineering for S.No-2 (b) & for other refer notification

Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on interview.

Application Fee: Candidates should pay Rs. 100/- by crossed Bank Draft drawn in
favour of Drawing & Disbursing Officer, Ministry of Environment, Forests and Climate Change, payable at New Delhi.
