1. Block Data Manger: 01 Post
2. Pediatrician (DHH): 01 Post
3. Medical Officer (DHH)): 01 Post
4. Programme Officer: 01 Post
5. Doctor (DHH-SNCU): 01 Post

Age Limit: Candidates age should be 21-35 years for Post 1, up to 65 years for Post 2 to 5.

Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess Graduation with 50% of marks in aggregate and have passed PGDCA/ DCA etc of one year duration from a recognized/ registered institute for Post 1, MBBS Degree from an Institution recognized by Medical Council of India with M.D in Pediatrics/ Diploma of National Board in Child Health/ Diploma in Child Health from any recognized university/ institution with valid registration from the Odisha Council of Medical Registration for Post 2, MBBS Degree from an Institution recognized by Medical Council of India, must have completed compulsory internship and also must have valid registration from the Odisha Council of Medical Registration for Post 3, MBBS Degree from an Institution recognized by Medical Council of India, must have valid registration from the Odisha Council of Medical Registration for Post 4, MBBS with experience of working in Pediatric ward for Post 5.

Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on computer test & Viva, Interview for Post 1, interview for Post 2 to 5.

How to Apply:
For Post 1: Eligible candidates may send their applications in prescribed format along with relevant certificates, in an envelope must be super scribed as “name of the post applied for” to Office of the CDMO, Balasore on or before 15-03-2017 at 05:00 PM.

For Post 2 to 5: Eligible candidates may attend for walk in interview along with application in prescribed format, attested copies of certificates, mark sheets, two passport size photographs on 04-03-2017 at 11:00 AM.
