Age Limit: Candidates age should be not more than 40 years for Post 1, between 30-40 years for Post 2 & not more than 36 years for Post 3 as on 01-01-2017. Age relaxation is as per rules.
Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess second class Master’s degree in Economics with Statistics as one of the subjects from a recognized University/ Institute, 5 (five) years’ experience in the preparation and assessment of plans and projects or 5 (five) years’ teaching experience in Economics in a degree college for Post 1, M.Sc. degree in Chemistry or M.Pharm in Pharmaceutical Chemistry  of an Indian University with a first class either in Master’s degree or in B.Sc. Honours degree or an equivalent degree of a British or other recognized foreign University, Experience in industrial concerns producing quinine or pharmaceutical drugs and Research experience for a period of at least two years for Post 2 & M.Sc degree in Chemistry [an Applied Chemist or Pharmaceutical Chemist or M.Pharm or B.Tech of an Indian University, preferably with a first class either in Master’s degree or in the B.Sc. Honours degree or an equivalent degree of a British or other recognized foreign University, Research experience for a period of at least one year for Post 3.
Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on preliminary screening test, interview.
Application Fee: Candidates should pay Rs.210/- +Service Charge 1% of Examination Fee subject to a minimum of Rs.5/- (Rupees Five) for online payment through debit/credit card plus 12.36% of service charge as Govt. Duty or Service Charge of Rs.5/- (Rupees Five) only for Net Banking or Service Charge of Rs.20/- (Rupees Twenty) only for payment through Bank Counter (off-line payment). No fee for S.C./ S.T candidates of West Bengal/ Persons with disabilities (PWD) having physical disability of 40%. No exemption of fee is available to SC/ ST candidates of other states.
