Age Limit: Candidates age limit should be not exceeding 45 years for Post No. 01 & 35 years for Post No. 02 & 03 as on 28-01-2016. Relaxation of age will be applicable to SC/ ST/ OBC/ PH/ Ex Serviceman candidates as per rules.

Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess MBBS with PG Degree/ Diploma in concerned specialty from a recognized University.

Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on interview.

Application Fee: Candidates should pay Rs. 300/- for unreserved & OBC and Rs. 75/- for SC & ST candidates by DD in favour of ESIC Fund account No. 01 payable at Gurgaon. Application fee will be exempted to PWD & women candidates.

How to Apply: Eligible candidates may walk in interview with application in prescribed format with 02 recent passport size photographs, originals and attested copies of testimonials and DD on 28 & 29-01-2016 at 10:00 A.M.
