Age Limit: Candidates age limit is 35 years for Shift Supervisor & Project Officer, 28 years for remaining posts as on 01-01-2016. Age relaxation is admissible for SC/ ST/ OBC candidates as per rules.

Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess SSLC with ITI in Fitter/ Electrical/ Machinist Trade with one year Apprenticeship for Operator Grade-III (Roman No.I & II), SSLC with 2nd class Boiler Competency Certificate issued by Director of Factories & Boilers, Kerala State for Boiler Operator (Roman No.I & II), SSLC with ITI in Fitter/ Electrical with 3 years experience in Fishmeal Industry for Shift Supervisor, B.F.Sc/ M.Sc in Industrial Fisheries/ Marine Biology/ Mariculture/ Aquatic Biology/ Aquaculture for Project Officer.
