1. Senior Tuberculosis Laboratory Supervisor (STLS): 02 Posts
2. Accountant: 01 Post
3. STS: 04 Posts

Age Limit: Candidates age limit should be between 21 â€" 65 years as on 01-02-2016.

Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess Graduation and Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology or equivalent from a govt recognised Institution for Post No. 01, Graduation in Commerce for Post No. 02 & Bachelors Degree or recognised sanitary course and certificate course in Computer Operations for Post No. 03.

Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on career mark, experience in RNTCP & interview.

How to Apply: Eligible candidates may send their signed application in prescribed format with self attested recent colour passport size photograph, self attested copies of date of birth certificate, qualification certificate, experience certificate, nativity/ residential certificate, driving license, self addressed envelope of 23 cms X 10 cms with postage stamp & an envelope should be super scribed with “Post Applied for â€"â€"â€"â€"” (in Bold Letters) by regd post/ speed post to the Chief District Medical Officer (CDMO), Nabarangpur (RNTCP) on or before 10-03-2016 by 05:00 P.M.
