Age Limit: Candidates age should be 28 years for Post No. 01, 30 years for Post No. 02, 34 years for Post No. 03, 45 years for Post No. 04 & 05 as on 01-01-2016 & 28 years for Post No. 06, 30 years for Post No. 07 & 08, 34 years for Post No. 09, 48 years for Post No.10 as on 31-12-2015. Relaxation of age will be applicable to SC/ ST/ OBC/ PWD/ Ex Servicemen/ Minority candidates as per GOI Rules.

Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess MBA or PG Degree/ Diploma in Social Work/ PM/ IR/ HRD from recognised Institute for Post No. 01, Bachelors Degree in Engineering (Industrial Engineering/ Industrial Management/ Mechanical Engineering/ Production Engineering) with MBA for Post No. 02, Degree in law for Post No. 03, Degree in any Discipline for Post No. 04, CA/ ICWA with Graduation for Post No. 05, CA/ ICWA with B.Com at graduate level for Post No. 06, Post-Graduate/ MBA with specialization in HR/ PM/ MSW with LLB (qualification in law essential) for Post No. 07, Engineering Degree in Mechanical/ Electrical & Electronics for Post No. 08 & 09, CA/ ICWA with B.Com at graduate level for Post No 10.

Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on screening test & interview.

Application Fee: Candidates should pay Rs. 200/- for Post No.01, 03, 05 & Rs. 300/- for Post No. 06, 08, 09,10 by DD drawn in favour of HMT Limited, on any Scheduled Bank payable at Bangalore. Application fee will be exempted to SC/ ST and PWD candidates.
