Age Limit: Candidates age should be between 21-32 years as on the date of advertisement. Age relaxation 5 years is applicable to SC, ST, SEBC & women candidates, 10 for PWD candidates.

Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess +2 science examination under council of Higher Secondary Education, Odisha/ Equivalent for S.No-1,3,4,5 & Higher Secondary School Certificate +2 examination and passed Health Worker Female Training Course for S.No-2.
