Age Limit: Candidates age should not be exceeding 35 years for S.No- 1 & 2, 64 years for S.No-5 as on 10-06-2016. Age relaxation is applicable for SC/ ST/ OBC/ PH/ Ex-Serviceman as per rules.

Educational Qualification: Candidates shoulkd possess Post Graduation Degree or Diploma in concerned speciality from recognized university for S.No-1, MBBS with PG Degree or Diploma in concerned speciality from recognized university for S.No-2 & 3 with relevant experience.

Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on interview.

Application Fee: Candidates should pay Rs. 300/- for General & OBC, Rs.75/- for SC/ ST candidates in the form of Demand Draft payable in favour of ESI Fund A/c no.01. No fee for women & PWD Candidates.

How to Apply: Eligible candidates may walk in along with attested photocopy of relevant documents in support of age, MBBS, Diploma, Degree certificate, etc & two recent passport size photograph on 10-06-2016.
