Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess B.Tech/ M.Tech in Electronics and Communication Engg. / Electrical Engg./ Computer Science Engg. and 7.5 CGPA (out of 10 scale) or 70% Marks in both 10th and 12th class examinations for Post No. 01, Ph.D in Chemistry for Post No. 02 & BE/B. Tech in Computer Science or Information Technology or MCA or M. Sc. (Computer Science or equivalent in related field with CGPA of 7.5 and above (or equivalent)/ Minimum 75% marks in Secondary (10th) level/ Minimum 70% marks in Secondary (12th) level for Post No. 03 & 04.

Application Fee: Candidates should have to pay Rs. 50/- by Demand Draft drawn in favour of IIT Kharagpur payable at Kharagpur. Application fee will be exempted to female candidates.
