Name of the Post: Post Doctoral

Age Limit: Candidates maximum age limit should be 32 years as on 30-08-2016. Relaxation of age will be applicable up to 05 years for SC, ST, PWD candidates and 03 years for OBC â€" NC candidates.

Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess Ph.D Degree (or have a provisional degree prior to start of the postdoctoral research tenure) in the areas of Electronics/ Electrical/ Semiconductor device physics or Materials sciences.

Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on presentation and/ or interview.
