Age Limit: Candidates age should be up to 60 years.

Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess MBBS/ BDS with MD Community Medicine or MPH or Community Health Administrator(CHA) from a recognized institution with 3 years of Senior Residency or 2 years of post MD/ MPH experience in Public Health Management for S.No-1, MBBS/ BDS with MBA in Hospital Administration/Management from a recognized institute/ University for S.No-2 & for other details refer the notification.

Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on written test/ Interview.

How to Apply: Eligible candidates send their application in the prescribed format along with self attested photocopies of certificates/ testimonials (from matriculation on wards) and one recent attested passport size photograph to the O/o Mission Director, National Health Mission, Civil Hospital, Sector-22, Chandigarh on or before 11-01-2017 up to 01.00 PM.
