Age Limit: Candidates age should be 40 years as on last date for receipt of application. Age relaxation is applicable as per rules.

Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess B.E/ B.Tech in Civil Engineering or equivalent with 5 years experience in management of estate, maintenance, repairs, sanitation and horticulture and construction of buildings.

Selection Process: Shortlisted candidates will be called for written test/ interview.

Application Fee: Candidates need to pay through Demand Draft of Rs.200/- drawn on any Nationalized Bank in favour of the Director, NIMH payable at Secunderabad. SC/ ST/ PH candidates are exempted from fee.

How to Apply: Eligible candidates may send their applications in prescribed format along with attested copies of relevant certificates in support of educational qualifications, experience, caste, disability etc in an envelope should be superscribed with name of the post applied for â€"- to the Director, NIMH, Manovikasnagar, Secunderabad 500 009 on or before 28-11-2014.
