NIT Hamirpur Vacancy Details:

Name of the Posts:
1. Deputy Registrar: 01 Post
2. Senior Scientific/ Technical Officer: 03 Posts
3. Assistant Librarian: 01 Post
4. Scientific/ Technical Officer: 01 Post (contract basis)

Age Limit: Candidates age should be below 45 years for S.No 1, should not exceed 40 years for S.No 2, should not exceed 35 years for S.No 3 & 4 as on closing date of the application. Age relaxations are applicable as per the rules.

Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess B.E/ B.Tech/ M.Sc/ MCA Degree in relevant field with first class or equivalent grade (6.5 in 10 point scale) and consistently excellent academic record for S.No 2 & 4, Master’s Degree in any discipline with atleast 55% marks or its equivalent Grade ‘B’ in the UGC 7 point scale from recognized University/ Insitute for S.No 1, Master’s Degree in Library Science/ Information Science/ Documentation Science or an equivalent Professional degree with CGPA of 6.5 in 10 point scale or at least 60% marks for S.No 3 with relevant experiences.

Selection Process: Short listed candidates will be called for written test/ interview/ trade test.

Application Fee: Candidates should have to pay Demand Draft of Rs. 250/- (State Bank of India) in favour of Rigistrar NIT Hamirpur H.P. Payable at Hamirpur (HP)-177-005.
