Total No. of Posts: 18
Name of the Post:
1. Assistant Engineer (Electronics): 04 Posts
2. Junior Engineer (Civil): 02 posts
3. Junior Engineer (Electrical/Mechanical): 12 Posts

Age Limit: Candidates age should be between 21-30 years for S.No.1 post, 18-27 years as on 01-01-2015 for S.No.2 & 3 posts. Age relaxation is applicable upto 05 years for ST/ SC candidates, 02 years for Post Graduates, 05 years for candidates already working in MeECL as Junior Engineers.

Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess Bachelor degree in Electronics/ Electronics & Communications/ Electronics & Telecommunications/ Electronics & Instrumentation Engineering for Assistant Engineer (Electronics) post, Diploma in Civil/ Electrical/ Mechanical/ Electrical & Electronics Engineering for Junior Engineer post.

Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on their performance in Written test & personal Interview.

Application Fee: Candidates have to pay Rs. 460/- for General candidates, Rs. 230/- for ST/ SC candidates through Bank draft drawn in favour of the Principal Account, MeECL, Shillong payable at Shillong.

How to Apply: Eligible candidates may send their application in the prescribed format along with 03 recent passport size photographs and self attested copies of relevant certificates (Birth Certificate, Educational qualification Certificates and Mark Sheets from Matriculation onwards, ST/ SC Certificates) to the Office of the Director Corporate Affairs, MeECL, Lum Jingshai, Short Round Road, Shillong-793001 on or before 06-11-2015 between 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM
