Name of the Post:
1. Pharmacist, Group C: 01 Post
2. Junior Radiographer, Group C: 03 Posts
3. Junior Laboratory Technician, Group C: 07 Posts
4. Attendant, Group D: 24 Posts

Age Limit: Candidates age limit should be between 21 â€" 32 years for Post No. 04 & 18 â€" 32 years for Pos No. 01 to 03 as on date of Advertisement. Age relaxation is applicable to 05 years for women, SC, ST & SEBC Candidates & 10 years for PWD Candidates.

Educational Qualification: Candidates should have passed +2 Science Examination under Council of Higher Secondary Education and Odisha or equivalent course and passed Diploma in Pharmacy/ Medical Radiation Technology/ Medical Laboratory Technology from ant of the 03 Medical College and Hospitals on the State or any other recognised private Institution duly approved by AICTE and registered in Odisha Pharmacy Council for Post No. 01 to 03 & ME (07th) Examination or equivalent for Post No. 04 with relevant experience.
