Age Limit: Candidates age limit should be not more than 28 years for JRF. Age relaxation is admissible for SC/ ST candidates as per Govt of India Rules.

Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess Master Degree in Engineering with first class at both Bachelors and Masters level in appropriate branch of engineering for Engineering/ MBA in Finance/ Marketing/ HR with first class or Ph.d with first class at both Bachelors and Masters level for Management studies/ Ph.d with first class at both Bachelors and Masters level for S.No-1, M.Sc. (Physics) with NET/ GATE or M.Sc. (Physics) with any M.Tech. Degree for S.No-2 Posts with adequate experience.

Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on applicants performance in interview.

1. Senior Research Fellow (SRF)
2. Junior Research Fellow (JRF)

Age Limit: Candidates age limit should be not more than 30 years for SRF. Age relaxation is admissible for SC/ ST candidates as per Govt of India Rules.

Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess M.Tech in Signal Processing/ Communication Engineering or related specializations with at least 60% marks in the qualifying examination or a minimum CPI/ CGPA of 6.5 on a 10-point scale, qualified in GATE for SRF, B.E/ B.Tech. Degree with GATE score or, M.E/ M.Tech./ M.S Degree in Electrical Engineering, or Electronics Engineering, or Instrumentation Engineering, or in equivalent streams related to the field of the project, have knowledge in control and power electronics for JRF Posts.

Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on applicants performance in interview.
