Age Limit: Candidates age limit should be between 40 years to 65 years for Post 01, 02, Not more than 30 years for Post 03 (a, b), 04, 28 years for 05 as on date of advt. Age relaxation is applicable 05 years for SC/ ST/ Persons with Disabilities, 03 years for OBCs (Non-Creamy Layer) and Ex-service personnel.

Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess Post Graduate Degree in HR/ Social work/ Personnel Management/ Industrial relations or its equivalent PG Diploma in the same area for Post 01, Graduate in Engineering, Post Graduation Degree or its equivalent PG Diploma in Marketing for Post 02, Final Pass in Company Secretary for Post 03 (a), Pass in ACS (Executive Programme) for 03 (b), 3  years Bachelors Degree with Certificate in Stenography/ Secretarial Practice/Typewriting English (Senior) and Shorthand (Lower)/ 3 years Bachelors Degree in Secretarial Practice/ for Post 3 years Diploma in Secretarial Practice for Post 04, First Class in M.sc in Mathematics for Post 05, First Class in M.Sc- (Chemistry/Organic Chemistry/ Analytical Chemistry/ Bio-Chemistry) for Post 06 with relevant experience.
