Age Limit: Candidates age limit should be 50 years for S.No-1, 45 years for S.No-2, 40 years for S.No-3, 8, 9, 45 for S.No-7, 35 years for S.No-4, 5, 6, 10, 11, 12 Posts. Age relaxation is 5 years for Government Servants, five years for SC/ ST, 3 years for OBC candidates issued by the Central Government.

Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess Doctorate Degree in the relevant subject of Physics / Chemistry/ Renewable Energy/ Energy / Environmental Science or Master’s Degree in Engineering / Technology  for S.No-1, Master’s degree in Physics / Chemistry / Renewable Energy / Energy / Environmental Science or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Technology in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics from a recognized University or Institute for S.No-2, 3, 4 with relevant experience. Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on their performance in written examination and Interview.
