Age Limit: Candidates age should not be exceeded 45 years. Age relaxation is applicable as per Presidential Directives.

Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess Full time MBA/ Post Graduation Degree/ Diploma of 2 years duration from a recognized University/ Institution with specialization in Personnel Management & Industrial relations/ Human Resource Management with a minimum score of 60% with relevant experience.

Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on interview.

Application Fee: Candidates have to pay Rs. 1000/- through Demand Draft in favour of National Fertilizers Limited, New Delhi. No fee for SC/ ST candidates.
