Age Limit: Candidates age should be between 21 to 32 years. Age relaxations are applicable as per rules.

Educational Qualification: Candidates should have passed +2 Science examination under Council of higher Secondary Education, Odisha or equivalent and Diploma in Pharmacy from any of the three Medical Colleges & Hospitals of the state/ any other recognised private Institutions duly approved by A.l.C.T.E. and examination conducted by the Odisha Pharmacy Board.

Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on merit of given career assessment.

How to Apply: Eligible candidates send their application in the prescribed format along with self attested copies of all relevant certificates, in an envelope should be super-scribed as “Application for the post of _____” by Registered post/ Speed post only to Chief District Medical Officer, Balangir on or before 30-07-2015.
